Allows searches based on address, instead of name
By Inman News, Friday, January 21, 2005.Realty Data Corp. on Thursday announced it has launched XpresSearch, an enhanced real estate search tool that aims to expedite grantor/grantee real property searches.
The new system utilizes property address information in combination with other data to quickly locate the correct property and key information needed to create title reports. XpresSearch is now available in 55 counties and will be operational in every county serviced by RDC by mid-2005.
The RDC system enables the user to comb through multiple databases containing millions of property records to compile information in a consistent, easy-to-read format. The system allows for the accurate retrieval of records by name regardless of common variations caused by phonetics, transcription and keyboarding errors.
