Mississippi property sells to home builder
Building usage to remain virtually unchanged
By Inman News, Monday, February 14, 2005.Binswanger/CBB recently negotiated the sale of a 111,973-square-foot industrial building on 30 acres in Lexington, Miss.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property is located at 491 Bowling Green Road.
Safeway Homes of Lexington LLC, a manufacturer of prefabricated homes, purchased the property from Fleetwood Homes of Mississippi Inc., a manufacturer of both site-built and manufactured homes.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB is an international, full-service real estate organization.
