Buyer found for Glendora Courtyard
Office park comprised of 2 structures
By Inman News, Tuesday, February 22, 2005.Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiated the sale of two office buildings in Glendora, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $10.1 million.
The office buildings, located at 2200 and 2220 East Route 66, were 96 percent leased at the time of sale, with major tenants including Congressman David Dreier, American Express, Armstrong Garden Centers and the National Hot Rod Association. The office park known as Glendora Courtyard consists of two 2-story, multitenant office buildings on 2.6 acres of land.
The buyer was San Diego-based Glendora Courtyard LLC, an entity of Equity Ag Financial Inc., which bought the property on an all-cash basis. The seller was MLK Realty Group #3 LLC, an entity of MLK Investments based in San Francisco.
San Diego, Calif.-based Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm.
