Condo conversion planned for industrial site
Some units will contain nearly 25,000 square feet
By Inman News, Tuesday, February 15, 2005.Orange County, Calif.-based developer, BKM Development, has acquired three industrial buildings totaling 162,084 square feet in Costa Mesa, Calif.
The total value of the transactions was $16.2 million.
The business center is located at 3189-3193 Redhill Ave.
"The buyer plans to redevelop the site into bkm Redhill Business Center, a 19-building condominium project with unit sizes ranging from 5,664 square feet to 24,840 square feet, scheduled for completion in April of 2005," said Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, who represented the buyer in the transaction.
Redhill Pullman LLC sold the property.
Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, is a full-service brokerage firm.
