East Coast office disposition completed

Transwestern Commercial Services announced that its Washington, D.C., Investment Services Group recently brokered the sale of 154,226-square-foot office/flex property in Manassas, Va.

The value of the transaction was $15.5 million.

Windsor @ Battlefield is a two-building complex located at 10002 and 10110 Battleview Parkway. It is situated on a 12.3-acre site in Battlefield Business Park.

First Potomac Realty Trust purchased the property.

Transwestern Commercial Services specializes in property and facility management, tenant representation and corporate advisory for office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
