Cabot Properties secures tenants in Massachusetts
Site surpasses 80% occupancy
By Inman News, Monday, July 25, 2005.CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners brokered two leases totaling 138,750 square feet in Woburn, Mass.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
The space, located at 275 Wildwood Ave., is owned by Cabot Properties.
Anixter Inc., a supplier of connectors and associated hardware and cabling to the electronics industry, has committed to 78,750 square feet for a seven-year term. Anixter will combine its Methuen distribution operation with its Woburn operations, which the company acquired from Pacer Electronics.
Verizon inked a lease for 60,000 square feet, which it will utilize as the premises for office and parts storage, as well for maintenance of its fleet of service vehicles.
The property was 84 percent leased at closing of the transactions.
