Lee & Associates brokers Orange County office deals

Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of Alton Corporate Plaza and Von Karman Corporate Plaza in Irvine, Calif.

The total value of the transaction was $46 million.

Alton Corporate Plaza, a 206,451-square-foot office building, is located at 1733 and 1833 Alton Parkway, and was 100 percent leased to Encore Credit Corp. at the time of sale.

Von Karman Corporate Plaza, a 74,094-square-foot office building, is located at 18551 Von Karman Ave., and was 67 percent leased at closing to three tenants, including LandAmerica Title, Reynolds and Reynolds and RGL Insurance. Lee & Associates leased 14,500 square feet to Aktino shortly after the sale of the property, bringing the occupancy up to 87 percent leased.

Adler Realty Investments sold the properties to Legacy Partners Commercial Inc.
