Family trust buys Oxnard industrial building
Food services co. occupies space
By Inman News, Wednesday, July 27, 2005.A Ventura County, Calif., family trust has acquired a fully occupied, 125,568-square-foot industrial facility in Oxnard, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $11.1 million.
Del Norte LLC sold the property, located at 700 Del Norte St., to the Lyle Family Trust.
The highly improved building, erected in 1990 on 7.1 acres, was occupied at closing by Berner Food Services, a restaurant supply company formerly known as Cardinal Food Supply.
The building features 10,000 square feet of office space, 24-feet of minimum interior clearance, and is fully sprinklered.
