Lake Village apartments undergo sale
Local buyer makes purchase
By Inman News, Wednesday, July 13, 2005.Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of Lake Village, a 200-unit apartment community in La Mesa, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $42.1 million.
The property is located at 5427 Lake Murray Blvd.
La Mesa-based HCA Lake Village LLC sold the property to San Diego-based DLGP Real Estate Investment Fund LLC.
Hendricks & Partners is a national advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
