Manufactured-home park sold in Arizona
Sale includes several vacant homes
By Inman News, Wednesday, July 27, 2005.Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of a four-star Senior Manufactured Home Park in Phoenix, Ariz.
The value of the transaction was $17.8 million.
An Orange County, Calif.-based multicommunity operator purchased the property from an undisclosed seller.
The park is fully amenitized, has ground-set homes, was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale, and the price included 20 vacant, park-owned homes.
The density is 15.6 sites per acre and the total lot size is 19.5 acres.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
