California business park sold
Space features multiple uses
By Inman News, Thursday, July 28, 2005.Voit Commercial Brokerage recently handled the sale of Napoli Business Park, an 112,086-square-foot, R&D, office and industrial park in Poway, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $16.2 million.
The six-building property is located at 12720-12860 Danielson Court.
Voit represented the seller, Laguna Beach, Calif.-based Foremost Business Parks LLC. Transwestern Commercial Services represented the buyer, Moss Point Poway LLC.
