Multifamily complexes sell in San Diego

Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiated the sale of Delta Village and Villa Serena, apartment complexes totaling 108 units on Delta Street in San Diego's Southcrest community.

The value of the transaction was $12.2 million.

Delta Village, located at 4352-4268 Delta St., was sold for $8.1 million, while Villa Serena at 4316-4322 Delta St. sold for $4.1 million.
