Massive office sale completed in Orange County

CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale of 100 Bayview, two granite-clad, six-story office towers totaling 317,376 square feet in Newport Beach, Calif.

The total value of the transaction was $117 million.

The property is located at the confluence of Jamboree Road, MacArthur Boulevard and the SR-73 Freeway in the Airport Area submarket of Orange County.

AEW Capital Management, on behalf of one of its institutional clients, purchased the property from a partnership of The Muller Co. and Rockwood Capital.

At the time of sale, the property was more than 90 percent leased.
