Real estate partnership lands New England offices

A partnership of The Willett Cos., Hines and Warren Private Clients of Dublin, Ireland, has purchased a 119,344-square-foot office building in Greenwich, Conn.

The value of the transaction was $87.5 million.

The four-story, class A property is located at 33 Benedict Place.

Unilever Home and Personal Care, which sold the building, will continue to the space under a flexible sale/leaseback arrangement.

Hines is a privately owned real estate company involved in real estate investment, development and property management worldwide.
