Voit brokers 4 SoCal industrial deals

Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed four industrial building sales totaling $12.9 million in Orange County, Calif.

In the first transaction, Fitch Industries sold a 26,675-square-foot industrial building for $4 million. The project is located at 26801 Vista Terrace in Lake Forest. Ray and Greta Taylor purchased the property.

In the second transaction, First Industrial Realty sold Paramount Business Center, a 30,157-square-foot industrial project for $3.1 million. The project is located at 6407-6431 Alondra in Paramount. Cornerstone Realty Fund purchased the property.

In the third transaction, Barker Pollock sold a 26,000-square-foot industrial building for $2.9 million. The building is located at 14251 Franklin Ave. in Tustin. Larry Gresowski made the purchase.

In the fourth transaction, David Kalili sold a 16,000-square-foot industrial project for $2.9 million. The project is located at 16661 Noyes Ave. in Irvine. Kiddie Academy bought the property.
