Atlanta landlord fills up industrial space
Signs tenants to long-term leases
By Inman News, Monday, August 8, 2005.CB Richard Ellis recently represented Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust in two industrial transactions in Atlanta's Northeast submarket totaling 276,875 square feet.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
At 3312 N. Berkeley Lake Drive in Duluth, Ga., locally based Trade Am signed a 195,990-square-foot lease agreement for six years. Also at the property, Atlanta-based Conroy Logistics signed an 80,885-square-foot lease agreement for three years.
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate services firm.
