Retail center changes hands in Glendale

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 160,000-square-foot urban entertainment village in Glendale, Calif.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The retail center is located at 106-146 S. Brand Blvd.

Major tenants of the center include Old Navy, Mann Theaters, Good Guys, Tower Records, Pacific Sunwear, Baja Fresh, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
