Scripps Ranch office building sold

Colliers International negotiated the sale of a 40,075-square-foot office building in San Diego.

The value of the transaction was $9.8 million.

The property is located on 2.2 acres in Scripps Ranch at 9715 Businesspark Ave.

Enniss Family Realty I LLC purchased the property from Laubro No. 1 LLC. 

At the time of sale, the two-story suburban office project was 100 percent leased to a single-tenant, Asset Marketing Systems, a field-marketing organization in the financial services industry. 

Colliers International is a commercial real estate service organization.
