Hampshire Cos. grows in New Jersey
Scoops up more industrial space
By Inman News, Tuesday, August 30, 2005.The Hampshire Cos. recently purchased an 84,564-square-foot industrial building in Roseland, N.J.
The acquisition, made on behalf of Hampshire Partners Fund VI, was valued at approximately $5 million.
The building, located at 440 Eagle Rock Ave., was leased at the time of sale to Cosmetic Essence Inc., a contract manufacturing and packaging corporation headquartered in Holmdel, N.J.
The building was formerly the corporate headquarters and main distribution facility for AFI, a regional food distributor.
The Hampshire Cos. is a full-service, private real estate investment fund manager based in Morristown, N.J.
