Mixed-use center sells near Las Vegas
Tenants includes hot rods, hot dogs
By Inman News, Tuesday, August 23, 2005.Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Hot Rod Hill Automotive Center, a 65,563-square foot retail/auto center in Henderson, Nev.
The value of the transaction was approximately $13.7 million.
Built in 2003, Hot Rod Hill is located at 1231-1251 American Pacific Drive. Situated on four acres, the center's tenants include the Hot Rod Hill Bar & Grill, along with a combination of highly specialized custom auto design shops and reconstruction professionals.
RPM LLC sold the property to an unidentified buyer.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
