Nextel renews lease in Northeast

The brokerage of Meredith and Grew arranged a 79,696-square-foot lease in Bedford, Mass., representing a renewal and an expansion of a lease with Nextel Communications.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Duffy Properties LLC owns the property, located at 9 Crosby Drive

The two-story building is comprised of flex space that was originally built in the late 1970s and extensively renovated in 1998.

Nextel fully occupies the property.

Cushman & Wakefield is a privately held real estate services company.
