Industrial investors expand in Orange County
Space completely vacant at closing
By Inman News, Wednesday, August 24, 2005.Orange County, Calif., investors have acquired a substantially improved, 90,000-square-foot industrial building on 4.1 acres of land in Anaheim, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $7.5 million.
900 Arlee LP purchased the property, located at 900 E. Arlee Place.
The currently vacant, concrete tilt-up building features 8,000 square feet of office space, 20 dock-high and six ground-level leading positions, 26-foot minimum interior clearance, a large service yard and generous on-site parking.
GVA DAUM represented the buyers. Cushman & Wakefield represented Preissman Family Limited Partnership, the sellers.
