Orange County office, industrial space fills up

Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed three transactions totaling $12.7 million in Orange County, Calif.

In the first transaction, LIA Associates LLC acquired a 49,764-square-foot, multitenant office building for $6 million. The property is located at 1940-1964 West Corporate Way in Anaheim.

Second, the City of Anaheim acquired a 41,000-square-foot industrial/manufacturing, multitenant building for $4.3 million. The property, located at 4950 and 4952 East La Palma Ave. in Anaheim, will be redeveloped into a power station expansion.

In the third transaction, Vengroff Williams and Associates Inc., a commercial debt collector, has signed a five-year lease on a 31,990-square-foot office building for $2.4 million. The property is located at 7441 Lincoln Way in Garden Grove.
