Industrial site snagged outside Orange County
Building includes large office space
By Inman News, Friday, August 26, 2005.Orange County, Calif., investors have purchased a substantially improved, 116,000-square-foot industrial building on six acres of land in nearby Corona.
The value of the transaction was $8.4 million.
Orange Investment Partnership LLC purchased property, located at 725 E. Harrison St., from Newport Hill Corp.
At the time of sale, the entire building was occupied by Myers Power Products, a designer and manufacturer of electrical service products, emergency power systems, medium voltage switchgear or powerhouses, and lighting products.
The Corona building is a freestanding, concrete tilt-up structure featuring 16,000 square feet of office space and on-site parking for 228 cars.
GVA DAUM, a commercial real estate brokerage operating in Southern California and Arizona, brokered both sides of the transaction.
