Joint venture scores massive office park
Project designed for tech companies
By Inman News, Friday, August 26, 2005.A joint venture between Prudential Real Estate Investors and Emeryville, Calif.-based Harvest Properties has acquired Westport Office Park in Redwood City, Calif.
Neither the value of the transaction nor the identity of the seller was disclosed.
The class A office park consists of 20 two-story buildings totaling 967,680 square feet. Constructed in 2001, the project was designed in a park-like, campus-style setting for R&D, high-technology companies, computers manufacturing and biotech industrial tenants.
