San Antonio retail center sold
Property built in 1960s

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
San Pedro Towne Center, Phase II, is located at 7122 San Pedro, just south of North Star Mall in north central San Antonio. The 101,169-square-foot retail center was built in 1962 and recently redeveloped with Dollar Tree and Kaplan Education Centers serving as anchors. The center occupies 7.4 acres.
Neither the buyer's identity nor the seller's was disclosed.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
