Tire co. lands space in Texas
Manufacturer to bring jobs to area
By Inman News, Friday, August 19, 2005.Binswanger arranged the sale of a 152,200-square-foot industrial property in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
The value of the transaction was approximately $2.1 million.
Greenball Corp., a manufacturer and wholesaler of tires and accessories under brand names such as Dirt Tamer, Mud Shark and Terra Trooper, purchased the property from Johns Manville, a building-product manufacturer.
Greenball Corp. will bring 16 new jobs to the space, which is located at 906 Hillcrest Drive, according to a press statement.
The one-story building also features 9,200 square feet of modern, air-conditioned office space.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization.
