Bay State multifamily project sold

CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners negotiated the sale of Arbor Court, a 108-unit apartment community in Marlborough, Mass.

The value of the transaction was approximately $10.8 million.

Pinewood Club Associates Limited Partnership sold the asset to Brady Sullivan Properties.

Arbor Court is a class B, garden-style community comprised of three three-story buildings and two four-story buildings. The property includes a unit mix of 21 one-bedrooms and 87 two-bedrooms with an average size of 775 square feet.

The community features a fitness center, as well as additional storage and surface parking.

CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners is a Boston-based joint venture with offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire.
