Mid-Atlantic industrial property changes hands

American Realty Advisors recently acquired a 101,346-square-foot industrial warehouse facility in Landover, Md.

Neither the value of the transaction nor the seller's identity was disclosed.

The property, located at 6340 Columbia Park Road, was built in 1991 and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.

American Realty Advisors is a provider of institutional real estate investment management services.
