CarrAmerica buys Chancellor Park project
Expands SoCal office holdings
By Inman News, Tuesday, September 20, 2005.CarrAmerica Realty Corp. has acquired Chancellor Park, a two-building, 195,733-square-foot office project in San Diego.
The value of the transaction was approximately $56 million.
The class A property is located at 4510 and 4520 Executive Drive within the University Town Center submarket.
Completed in 1989, Chancellor Park is comprised of two four-story buildings and a three-story parking structure. Tenants in the building at the time of sale included BioCom, EMN8, and Reynolds & Reynolds.
CarrAmerica owns, develops and operates office properties in 12 markets throughout the United States.
