Hanover Square South sold in Virginia
Major retailers occupy site
By Inman News, Tuesday, September 27, 2005.Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance arranged the sale of Hanover Square South Shopping Center in Mechanicsville, Va.
The value of the transaction was $19 million.
Commonwealth Opportunity Fund purchased the 79,000-square-foot shopping center, along with 10 acres of land adjacent to BJ's wholesale, from Cousins Properties.
The shopping center is located on Bell Creek Road and features Target, PetsMart, Panera Bread, Dress Barn, A&N, Lane Bryant, Alltel, Supercuts, Hallmark and I Sold It!
