Property insurer finds space in New Jersey

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced that American Home Assurance Co. has leased 117,118 square feet at an office building it owns in Parsippany, N.J.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The 317,040-square-foot property, which is now fully leased, is located at 5 Wood Hollow Road.

The lease carries a term of 13 years.

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a self-administered real estate investment trust that owns primarily office and office/flex buildings located in the northeastern United States.
