Broadreach picks up SoCal office space
Internet service provider is site's largest tenant
By Inman News, Wednesday, September 21, 2005.Broadreach Capital Partners acquired a 231,000-square-foot office building in Pasadena, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $39.3 million.
San Mateo, Calif.-based Limar Realty Group sold the asset, known as Pasadena Tech Center, which is comprised of a two-story office building at 465 Halstead St.
The project was 91 percent leased at closing, with the majority to Earthlink Network Inc.
Broadreach Capital Partners LLC is a real estate private equity firm that invests in a variety of western U.S. commercial real estate.
