Developer buys East Coast industrial center

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance arranged the sale of a 375,000-square-foot distribution center in Doswell, Va.

The value of the transaction was $2.5 million.

Rhapsody Land & Development LLC purchased the facility, which is located at 17320 Washington Highway and situated on 28.8 acres. Rhapsody also plans to occupy the building.
