Northeast manufacturing space sells

Leggat McCall Properties recently acquired 11 Forbes Road, a 211,600-sqaure-foot manufacturing/warehouse facility in Northborough, Mass.

The value of the transaction was $11.5 million.

Leggat McCall acquired the property from 1919 Leavit Trust.

Built in 1988, 11 Forbes Road is a fully air-conditioned manufacturing/warehouse facility located on 19.3 acres. The warehouse portion of the building includes 160,000 square feet in a single-story structure with a 34-foot clearance. The two-story office/R&D section includes 51,600 square feet.

At the time of sale, the building was fully leased to Graybar Electric Co., which hadn't yet moved into the space.

Boston-based NAI Hunneman Commercial, a provider of commercial real estate services, brokered the transaction.
