Family trust dumps SoCal industrial space

Hunter Industrial LLC, a private investor, has acquired a 118,250-square-foot industrial facility in Anaheim, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $9.3 million.

Located at 5235 East Hunter St., the building sits on approximately seven acres of land and was occupied at the time of sale by Pretium Packaging, a plastic container and closure manufacturer.

Lee & Associates represented the seller, Safstrom Family Trust, in the transaction. GVA DAUM represented Hunter Industrial.
