Fidelity refunds Arizona consumers more than $600,000 
Agreement resolves investigation into alleged kickbacks
By Inman News, Thursday, September 8, 2005.Fidelity National Title Insurance Group has agreed to refund more than $600,000 to nearly 4,000 title insurance policyholders in Arizona as a result of a multi-state settlement, the Arizona Department of Insurance said late Wednesday.
