Apartment deal closes near California's Inland Empire

Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of a 90-unit apartment community in Pomona, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $10 million.

The property is located at 720 North San Antonio Ave.

Kevin Struve of Marcus & Millichap's Ontario office represented the principles in this transaction, whose identities were not disclosed.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
