Cedar Shopping Centers grows in Pennsylvania
Anchor tenant holds long-term lease
By Inman News, Monday, October 31, 2005.Cedar Shopping Centers completed the purchase of the 109,844-square-foot Pennsboro Commons Shopping Center in Enola, Pa.
The value of the transaction was approximately $17.8 million.
A 66,224-square-foot Giant Supermarket, whose lease extends to 2019, anchors the Pennsboro Shopping Center.
Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment trust focused on supermarket-anchored shopping centers and drug store-anchored convenience centers.
