Engineering firm lands SoCal office space

By Inman News, Monday, October 10, 2005.Lee & Associates negotiated the sale of the approximately 46,521-square-foot Optum Building, a three-story office structure in Costa Mesa, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $10.2 million.
Built in 1989, the class A building is located at 3330 Harbor Blvd.
Village Properties, a Northern California-based real estate investment firm, sold the property to Brinderson, an engineering, design and construction firm.
Lee & Associates is a regional commercial real estate services provider.
