American Tower sold in Louisiana
Site dates back to 1970s
By Inman News, Tuesday, October 25, 2005.Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the 200,951-square-foot American Tower office complex in Shreveport, La.
The value of the transaction was $15.4 million.
American Tower of Shreveport LLC sold the 1.9-acre property to Rancho Pacific Commercial Inc.
Built in 1977, American Towers is a two-building complex located at 401 Market St. The property consists of approximately 54 office suites, an upscale plaza area and a parking garage. Tenants include the University Club dining club, Morgan Keegan & Co., the Independence Bowl Organizing Committee and Ouachita Independent Bank.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
