Tile company expands in Orange County

Bedrosians Tile & Stone acquired a 375,000-square-foot building in Anaheim, Calif.

The transaction was valued at more than $24 million.

The building, located at 1515 Winston Road, has undergone renovation and is being used by Bedrosians as one of its Southern California warehousing and distribution centers.

The Sares Regis Group was the seller of the building.

Cushman & Wakefield is a privately held real estate services company.
