Weichert expands in Florida, Carolinas

Weichert, Realtors has added seven new franchise offices in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina through its Weichert Real Estate Affiliates organization, the company announced Monday.

Weichert launched its first franchise in January 2002 and now has 156 open offices in 16 states.

The newest open Weichert affiliate offices include: Weichert, Realtors - Castellano & Associates, Vero Beach, Fla.; Weichert, Realtors - Duckett & Associates, Ocala and Summerfield, Fla.; Weichert, Realtors - On the Key, Siesta Key, Fla.; Weichert, Realtors - Westshore Real Estate, Lutz, Fla.; Weichert, Realtors - Amity Partners, Statesville, N.C.; and Weichert, Realtors - Coastal Properties, Blufton, S.C.

Weichert, which helps customers buy and sell both residential and commercial real estate, has more than 16,500 sales associates in 355 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the United States.
