Florida retail plaza changes hands
Asset dates back to 1980s
By Inman News, Wednesday, October 12, 2005.A private investment group has purchased The Crossings, a 108,264-square-foot shopping center in Orlando, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $7.5 million.
The Crossings, situated on S. Orange Blossom Trail, was built in 1987 and is anchored by Winn Dixie Marketplace and Harbor Freight Tools.
Orlando Crossings Inc. purchased the property from Miami-based The Courtelis Co.
RJS Realty Group Inc., a real estate investment brokerage firm operating in Florida, arranged the sale on behalf of The Courtelis Co.
