Texas apartment deals total 432 units

Charles Dunn Co. negotiated the sales of the 204-unit Waterford Apartments and the 228-unit Renaissance Creek Apartments, both located in Dallas, Texas.

The total value of the transactions was approximately $9 million.

Waterford, which totals 108,367 square feet, sold for approximately $4.2 million. The property is located at 3829 Gannon Lane. F-Crest Holdings LP sold the property to Waterford Apartments LLC.

Renaissance Creek, which totals 142,824 square feet, sold for more than $4.8 million. The property is located at 3839 Gannon Lane. FJBB-Gannon LTD sold the complex to Renaissance Creek Partners LP.
