ZipForm launches concierge service for home utilities
Enables homeowners to handle service changes in one place
By Inman News, Wednesday, October 26, 2005.ZipForm, a real estate technology company, has launched a new service called ZipFormConcierge to help homeowners set up new utility services when they move, the company announced today.
ZipFormOnline users will be able to offer residential clients and customers the opportunity to schedule and connect home services in one place and in just minutes rather than hours. The services covered include electricity, gas, cable and satellite television, Internet access, phone (local and long distance), newspapers (local and national), banking services, housekeeping, U.S. Postal and IRS change of address, among others.
ZipFormConcierge is powered by ConnectUtilities, a utility connection consolidator.
There is no need to re-enter data, allowing a ZipFormOnline user to easily pre-register clients for utility connections straight from a ZipFormOnline transaction. The client will receive an e-mail that will allow them to log into a single Web site so they can complete the process of shopping and requesting all their utilities and home services.
RE FormsNet is the creator of ZipForm, which is widely used by Realtors across the country.
