Retail center changes hands in $12.8 million deal
C&H Development Co. picks up 35,721 square feet
By Inman News, Thursday, October 20, 2005.C&H Development Co. recently acquired a retail center in Pleasanton, Calif., from WB Bernal LLC.
Colliers International brokered both sides of the $12.8 million deal.
The 35,721-square-foot property at Bernal Plaza in Pleasanton was 98 percent leased at the time of the transaction.
Bernal Plaza is an unanchored retail center positioned off highway 680 from the Bernal exit. Andy Zighelboim Kevin Van Voorhis, and Scott Kinsey of Colliers International in Walnut Creek partnered with Ted Helgens of Colliers' Pleasanton office to represent C&H Development and WB Bernal LLC in the transaction.
C&H Development Co. is a Walnut Creek, Calif.-based retail commercial developer.
