Falcon Gateway mall sold in Arizona
Tenants include Staples, Panda Express
By Inman News, Friday, October 14, 2005.Lee & Associates negotiated the sale of the 59,223-square-foot Falcon Gateway Shopping Center in Mesa, Ariz.
The value of the transaction was approximately $17.6 million.
Built in 2003, the class A retail center is located on the southeast corner of McKellips and Greenfield roads.
The retail center was 98 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include: Staples, Payless Shoes, Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, Great Clips, Subway, Panda Express, Sleep America and Fashion Bug.
Brown Greenfield & McKellips LLC sold the plaza to Falcon Gateway Retail Center LLC.
