Joint venture lands buyer for Minnesota high-rise
Site located in downtown setting
By Inman News, Friday, October 28, 2005.Sixth & Nicollet LLC, a partnership between International real estate firm Hines and Morgan Stanley Real Estate, announced the sale of Fifty South Sixth Street, a 29-story office building in downtown Minneapolis.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Kan Am Grund purchased the office tower, which Hines developed in 2001.
The property was 90 percent leased at the time of sale, with anchor tenants that included Dorsey & Whitney, Fallon Worldwide and EXCEL Bank.
