Greenhouse Square sells in Oregon

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 69,212-square-foot Greenhouse Square in Clackamas, Ore.

The value of the transaction was $10.5 million.

The identities of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.

Built in 1980, Greenhouse Square is located at 16050-16246 S.E. 82nd Ave. The site consists of the retail center and two ground lease pads with room for a third pad. The outpads consist of a Wendy's and a Taco Bell.

Major tenants at the time of sale included Sunshine Pizza, Clothes for Less, Oregon Staffing and Oregon Hot Springs. The property was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
